The photo exhibition reminds of the Soviet-led occupation of Czechoslovakia in 1968.
The photo exhibition has been prepared and arranged in cooperation of the National Museum, The Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, The Institute of Military History Prague, The Institute of Contemporary History of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, The Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, and City of Prague. The exhibition ...and the tanks arrived is opened to general public from 21st August to 30th September 2008 at the ramp of the National Museum and in the entrance hall of the National Museum at Wenceslas Square in Prague 1. Opening hours 10 - 18 hrs, except the first Tuesday of the month.
